Rachel Queen
Payroll & Billing Manager
Rachel has a background in health sciences and has worked with many different patient populations, including the elderly and patients with disabilities. Rachel is driven to ensure that her clients and personal care attendants are heard, cared for, and at peace. She enjoys keeping the wheels turning in the right direction and will go to great lengths to maintain customer satisfaction.
Rachel holds a BS in Exercise Science and a minor in Strength and Conditioning from Lindenwood University. Being a native of southern Illinois, she’s a Cardinals, Blues, and KC Chiefs fanatic. She’s also a former collegiate national cheerleading champion.
Rachel Earnhart
Customer Service Representative
A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Rachel brings a deep-rooted passion for helping others to her professional pursuits. With a heart dedicated to understanding and empathy, Rachel thrives on forging genuine connections with clients and caregivers alike. Prior to Emerest, Rachel found solace and joy in her creative pursuits as a graphic designer. For her, graphic design and digital art serve as the canvas through which she translates her unique perspective on the world.
With an unwavering commitment to kindness and understanding, Rachel embodies the belief that connection and empathy are the cornerstones of meaningful human interaction. As she continues to navigate her creative journey, Rachel extends an invitation for others to join her in exploring the vast landscape of shared expression and understanding.
Kattie Dedloff
Senior Specialist
Born and raised in St. Peters, Missouri Kattie holds a Bachelor’s in Business and a Master’s in Sport Management from Lindenwood University. She is an avid dancer and cheer participant, and currently coaches competitive cheer. Kattie enjoys travel and has visited Canada, England, France, Switzerland, Germany, and Liechtenstein so far! In her free time, Kattie enjoys growing pumpkins for Halloween, spending time with her pet Lizard Hank and listening to K-Pop.
Albert Salem
Chief Financial Officer
Albert Salem serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Emerest. In this capacity, Albert oversees all finance functions and is charged with tax and compliance oversight responsibilities. With a strong desire to ensure patient satisfaction and safety, and strengthen caregivers’ job satisfaction and career growth, Albert looks forward to helping make Emerest the best experience for patients and caregivers. Albert received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Yeshiva University and is a Certified Public Accountant. On weekends, you can find him spending time with his wife and three children.
Kelsey Gallagher
Intake Associate
Kelsey is a Missouri native and has a strong passion for having genuine conversations and helping those in need. Her warm personality helps her connect with and empathise with others and she is determined to help to the best of her ability in a patient and polite manner. Outside of work, Kelsey loves spending her free time with friends and family, playing tennis and coaching youth on the fundamentals of the game. Kelsey is furthering her education at Lindenwood University, majoring in Human Resource Management.
Leah Miller
Office Manager
Born in South Korea and raised in Wentzville, Missouri, Leah studied Pharmacy at University of Missouri – Kansas City. With a strong background in customer services and management, Leah has worked in many customer-facing roles and enjoys solving client/caregiver concerns and overcoming any challenges thrown her way.
Standing tall at 4’9”, Leah loves to cheer on the St. Louis Blues and the Kansas City Chiefs. In her free time, Leah enjoys spending time with her husband and their French bulldog, sipping on iced coffee, collecting seasonal gnomes, and bowling in a league on Sundays.
Dayna Arthur
Onboarding Manager
Dayna has a strong background in customer service and a passion for helping people of all ages. She is committed to being a reliable resource that both clients and caregivers can utilize to learn more about the CDS program and how it can help them lead better lives!
Born and raised in Cape Girardeau, Dayna obtained her BS in Health Communication at Southeast Missouri State University. She enjoys water sports, listening to pop music and loves to cheer on the St. Louis Cardinals.
Kristyn Haworth
Coordination and Payroll Associate
Kristyn was born and raised in Charleston, Illinois and graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a B.S. in Business Management. She is skilled in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing caring and compassionate guidance. In her free time Kristyn enjoys going to concerts and baseball games, traveling, exploring local businesses, and creating memories with her best friends.
Kaia Koegel
Onboarding Specialist
Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Kaia has a strong background with helping others in need. Kaia loves to engage with, and make meaningful connections with clients and caregivers. She previously worked as a flight attendant and loves to travel! In her free time, she enjoys making jewelry, going to concerts, rock climbing, and hanging out with her cat Linguini.
Hannah Lindsey
Coordination Associate
Born and raised in Jefferson City, Missouri, Hannah received her bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from Eastern Illinois University. Hannah enjoys baking and runs a home bakery on the weekends that specializes in apple pie and blueberry scones. Other than baking, Hannah enjoys watching Arsenal in the English Premiere League, hanging out with family and friends and caring for her dog Buttons, a 3 lbs. chihuahua.
Haley Baumbach
Customer Service Representative
Born and raised in Gerald, Missouri, Haley thrives on solving complex problems and helping others. She believes that understanding and addressing people’s needs is not only fulfilling but also essential in creating meaningful solutions. Outside of work, Haley unwinds by attending concerts, journaling, and delving into coding projects for her Computer Science classes.
Samantha Lohman
Coordination Associate
Born and raised in St. Louis City, Missouri, Samantha graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in both Psychology and Criminolgy and a Certificate in Justice Denied: Wrongful Convictions from Drury University. Samantha has an employment background in case management where she specialized in verbal and non verbal communication. She enjoys working with people to help them in whatever way she can. As an extrovert, Samantha loves to talk to the people around her and meet new friends. She loves to hear about others’ past experiences and the things they enjoy to do. Samantha enjoys baking, binge watching a good series with her boyfriend, hanging out with friends and family, and spending as much time as she can with her 2 dogs, Reno and Rocco.
Megan Lange
Human Resources Specialist
Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Megan has a strong passion for helping others and building relationships. She enjoys learning new things and delivering excellent customer service. Megan received her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Missouri Baptist University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and Goldendoodle, Charles. She also enjoys cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues.
Nate Cohn
Managing Director
Nate has been the Managing Director at Emerest since 2018. In that time he has overseen the growth of the firm from a small company to the largest and highest rated CDS agency in Missouri. Nate is focused on customer service and loves to receive constructive feedback about Emerest! In his free time he enjoys listening to music, cycling and spending time with his wife and four children. He holds a BA from Yeshiva University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
CDS is a free program available to all Medicaid participants. There is no cost to participate.
